Privacy Policy

We believe in transparency about how we collect, use, and protect your information

Last updated: July 22, 2026

01

Who We Are

Our website address is: https://aiqso.io. This site is operated by AIQSO.IO.

For privacy-related requests, you can contact us at: [email protected]

02

What Data We Collect

File Uploads

Some signed-in features let you upload an image — for example a company logo for white-label branding, or an image used in the QR code builder. Uploaded files are stored on AIQSO infrastructure and used only to provide the feature you uploaded them for. If an image carries embedded metadata such as EXIF location data, that metadata travels with the file, so avoid uploading images you would not want us to hold that data for.

Contact Forms

If you submit a contact form, we collect the information provided for customer service purposes. Submissions are retained for up to 6 months but are not used for marketing without your consent.

SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from AIQSO regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically 1-5 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (214) 233-5333.

Supported Carriers: We support all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Consent Requirements: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may contact us via email or phone without providing SMS consent.

Data Use: Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for the purposes described above and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Newsletter Subscriptions

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address, along with the page you subscribed from and the page that referred you. The newsletter is sent monthly. This data is used solely to send you the content you requested and is stored on AIQSO's own email infrastructure — it is not handed to a third-party marketing platform.

Career Applications

If you submit a career interest form, we collect your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, area of interest, experience level, and any message you provide. This information is used for recruitment purposes and retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

SEO & Rank Tracking Services

For clients using our SEO services, we collect website URLs, keyword data, and performance metrics. This data is used to provide rank tracking and SEO audit services as agreed in your service contract.

CMMC & Compliance Services

For government contracting and CMMC compliance clients, we handle data in accordance with federal requirements and maintain appropriate security controls. Specific data handling procedures are outlined in individual service agreements.

Cookies

  • • A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, lasting 24 hours
  • • A session-renewal cookie that lets your sign-in refresh without re-entering your password, lasting 7 days
  • • A cookie recording your cookie-consent choice, so we stop asking
  • • Temporary session cookies that are deleted when you close your browser

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures — page views, referring sites, general country, browser and device type, and page-speed measurements.

We also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, loaded through Google Tag Manager — but only with your consent. Until you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, these tools run in a consent-denied mode: they set no cookies and store no identifiers. If you do accept, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, and actions such as submitting our contact form, and Google Ads uses those measurements to gauge advertising effectiveness. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings, and any standard content blocker will also block these tools without affecting how the site works.

Separately, we record a small number of interaction events — such as submitting a form, clicking a call-to-action, or starting a booking — together with the page they happened on. These are sent to AIQSO's own automation platform and used to understand which parts of the site are useful; if you have accepted analytics cookies, the same events are also reported to Google Analytics as described above.

Embedded Content

Articles on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves exactly as if the visitor visited the originating website. These websites may collect data, use cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.

03

What we run ourselves

The list above is deliberately short. Most of the systems that handle your information are operated by AIQSO on our own infrastructure rather than rented from a vendor, so your data is not shared with a third party at all:

  • • Our database, which stores accounts, bookings, and form submissions
  • • Our CRM, where enquiries and booking requests become records
  • • Our email system, which sends newsletters and transactional mail
  • • Our helpdesk, which handles support tickets
  • • Our automation platform, which routes internal notifications
  • • Our AI assistant. Conversations with the chat widget are answered by a model we host ourselves — they are not sent to a commercial AI vendor for processing or training.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Privacy Settings

We'd like to measure which pages are useful — how many people visit and what they read. That's all it does. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no device fingerprinting, and we never sell your data. Declining changes nothing about how the site works. Read our privacy policy
