Welcome to AIQSO.IO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://aiqso.io and all related services provided by AIQSO.IO.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

AIQSO is an AI Systems Integrator providing AI, automation, and secure infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

Custom AI solutions, workflow automation, and process optimization
Engineering & Integration
System integration, API development, and legacy modernization

Security assessments, implementation, monitoring, and CMMC readiness
Managed Infrastructure
Cloud and on-premises infrastructure, migration, and managed services
Custom AI & Training
Custom AI development, AI literacy programs, and team enablement

Shadow-AI detection and network detection & response
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
- Ensure timely communication and feedback during project execution
- Provide reasonable access to systems and personnel as needed
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
- Make timely payments according to agreed-upon terms
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Billing Schedule
- • Subscription services: Billed monthly or annually as agreed
- • Project work: Payment schedule defined in project agreement
- • Consulting: Typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
Late Payments
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 60 days past due.
Refund Policy
Subscription services may be canceled at any time with a pro-rated refund for unused time. Custom project work is non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AIQSO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work products created for clients become the client's property upon full payment. AIQSO retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
Third-Party Components
Solutions may incorporate third-party software or services subject to their own license terms. We will identify such components and their applicable licenses.
Warranties & Disclaimers
What We Guarantee
- • Services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill
- • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
- • We will address material defects reported within 30 days of delivery
Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not guarantee specific results, ROI figures, or outcomes from implementing our recommendations. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIQSO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- •Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- •Loss of data or system downtime
- •Third-party claims or damages
- •Costs of substitute services
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes:

Business data, processes, strategies, and technical information shared with us
Our Information
Proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, and technical approaches
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services for a period of three (3) years.
Termination
Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Termination by AIQSO
We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in conduct that is harmful to our business or reputation.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide all completed work product and assist with reasonable transition. Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or website notification.
